Policy

Ordering: we request at least 48-hours notice for all catering orders to ensure all your requirements are met in accordance withour Platinum Service standards. A $50 late fee will apply.

Payment: credit cards will be charged at time of delivery. department charges will be billed at the end of each month.

Menu items: we will make all efforts ro accomodate all menus and requests but may need to alter menu selections as needed if products are not available.

Cancellations: we require at least 24-hours notice for all cancellations or customers will be billed in full. within 24-hours of an event, product has already been ordered, prepped and labor costs incurred. in addition, please communicate all changes in guest counts and menu choices within a minimum of 24-hours of the event.

Catering costs: catering from the menu is as priced on buffet service; there is a cost incurred for changing the type of service or adding to existing items.
